Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from PetVast. If something isn’t right, here’s how we can help.

  1. Return Eligibility
    We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • The item is not marked as final sale or non-returnable.

  • The item is not excluded under the non-returnable items section below.

  1. How to Initiate a Return
    To start a return, contact us at support@petvast.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will respond within 1 to 2 business days with return instructions. Please ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.

  2. Refunds
    Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

  3. Exchanges
    We offer exchanges for items of equal value, subject to availability. To request an exchange, follow the same process as a return and note the item you would like in exchange.

  4. Non-Returnable Items
    The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Digital products or downloadable content.

  • Perishable goods.

  • Personalized or custom-made items.

  • Items marked as Final Sale.(Sale collection)

  • Items returned after the 30-day return window.

  1. Damaged or Incorrect Items
    If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

  2. Return Shipping Costs
    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect. A flat rate return shipping fee of $10.00 will be deducted from the refund or applied to the return process, unless otherwise stated for an approved damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
