Orders usually take 1–3 business days to process before shipping. Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method selected.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. You can also use our Track Your Order page to check live updates.

We currently ship to most countries supported by our fulfillment partners. If your address is available at checkout, shipping is available for your order.

If your order has not been processed yet, we may be able to change or cancel it. Contact support as soon as possible after placing the order.

Sometimes tracking updates take a little time to appear. If your tracking number still shows no results after 24–72 hours, contact our support team.

Yes, eligible items can be returned according to our return policy. Items must usually be unused and in original condition.
